This includes metrics measuring new contact channels like Chat and Escalate my Case, but also Global Operation metrics (service level, first touch resolution, average handling time and so on).They will focus on creating actionable insights and recommendations and not just gathering data. They will have passion for data and analytics, be an independent innovator comfortable with ambiguity.
