Policy Development Lead, Child Safety, YouTube Apply Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 5 years of experience in drafting or enforcing policy for an online platform or engagement with public policy issues in technology, government, law or online. 5 years of experience in a policy, legal, Trust & Safety, or technology environment. Experience working with global teams and communicating with stakeholders cross-functionally and experience engaging in and discussing sensitive or controversial areas. Preferred Qualifications: Experience on topics related to assessing the risk landscape and regulatory requirements unique to child safety or youth physical or psychological safety. Experience with childhood development and behavior or psychology of minors aged 17 and under. Experience working with minors aged 17 and under or on topics related to child development. Exceptional written, presentation, and verbal communication skills.
