Global Event Demand Generation Manager , Global Campaigns, Summit Demand Generation

The Event Demand Generation Manager drives demand generation for Summits globally, working in collaboration with central and Geo field events teams across the globe. This role will own driving event demand generation at scale, implement best practices, to foster better customer experiences globally, and make continuous improvements based on data and insight. This role will partner broadly across the organization with a diverse team of event and field marketing leaders to develop, augment, and optimize the go to market demand generation strategy to ensure campaigns meet their lead generation and pipeline goals.The ideal candidate for this role will take an analytical approach to problem solving and have a proven track record of building and executing strategic lead generation campaigns that drive new customer acquisition and generate pipeline. Multi-channel demand generation strategy will span email, paid and organic social, site merchandising, and more. Experience building and executing demand generation strategy for events is a required qualification as well as experience managing multiple events simultaneous.Key job responsibilities* Lead initiatives to globalize demand generation strategy and online experience for tier 1 in person and virtual events to enable field event marketing teams to scale with high bars on quality and efficiency.* Collaborate across a dynamic ecosystem of global and regional stakeholders to define digital marketing strategy and lead generation campaigns, at global scale, including project management, development, quality assurance, implementation, and reporting.* Own planning, reporting, including status, priorities, action items, risks (and mitigations), and execution. We deploy large-scale, localized, integrated marketing campaigns that are optimized for B2B buyers. Our programs are designed to generate awareness, event registrations, leads, and SQL pipeline. We work with teams across the organization to develop campaign strategy and content. Our programs are executed with a combination of local (field) and central (global) tactics. The base pay for this position ranges from $72,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $155,200/year in our highest geographic market.
