Sr. Product Marketing Manager, North American Stores Marketing Responsibilities Develop the growth plan to scale our events beyond our core offering. Identify channel opportunities outside our integrated marketing that over index in reaching specific customer cohorts. Define a test, learn and scale approach to grow event shopping penetration for selected segments and work with appropriate channel partners to implement. Partner with the Associates team to make influencers and publishers a best in class channel for event discoverability. Drive creative excellence in all cross-channel campaign executions. Invent net new targeting capabilities that drive HVAs and expand event reach. Create integrated cross-benefit experiences around relevant cultural events in partnership with Prime marketing. Document and manage feedback on automation to ensure our progress towards our goals are both measurable and significant. Review creative and UX wireframes for an upcoming cross-channel campaign for a net new to Amazon event experience. Attend a campaign planning meeting to learn about upcoming opportunities to contribute to key Prime goals, providing feedback as to their relevance to your content calendar and targeting and message priorities. Meet with various technical and marketing partners to plan experiments for the upcoming quarter. Collaborate with the speed and gifting team to deliver net new ways for customers to shop last minute for event-related needs. Qualifications 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience. Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements. Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables). Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs. Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches. Benefits The base pay for this position ranges from $114,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
