This role will drive leaders and cross-functional teams across a large manufacturing, supply chain, and operations organization to deliver on our program milestones, develop and drive our business cadence, own people strategy and employee engagement, and work across the Prime Air leadership team. This role requires excellent leadership skills to build trust and drive alignment across all levels of the organization.**This role is based in Seattle, WA; 5 days per week in office**Export Control License: This position may require a deemed export control license for compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
