The Customer Trust Perception team works to ensure that customers can shop with confidence on Amazon. We are a center of excellence for research on customer trust and we partner with cross-functional business teams across the company to translate our research insights into strategic investments that improve customers’ perception that Amazon is the most trusted shopping destination. We are looking for a Production Coordinator to support the Production Operations team on live event productions across multiple sports properties.The Production Operations team is responsible for delivering high quality event productions on all global live sports properties to customers worldwide, across all Prime Video product lines and devices. We also support our productions through process improvements, scalability, and various initiatives. We work on designing solutions (tools and mechanisms) to manage and support productions globally so our team can work more efficiently and continue to scale. Key job responsibilitiesIn this role, you will use your production management and operational experience to support new property launches and year-over-year sports property restarts. You will assist and support (home-based and on the road when needed) the day-to-day operations of event logistics, production content, and business operations. You will work closely with the Production Managers and Production Operations team to ensure the property lifecycles are on track. You will learn and implement best practices and Amazon policies across projects to maintain effective workflows and delivery of projects, and maintain alignment across territories and department. The Production Coordinator will provide support and assistance to the Production Executives, Sr. Production Operations Manager and Production Manager in the planning phases of all event production, and ensure production plans are executed at a high bar and within budget. You will act as a liaison and interface and collaborate with colleagues, cross-functional teams, and Production Service Partners (PSPs) to help facilitate all aspects of event logistics. You will use your organizational and creative skills to assist in creating and implementing mechanisms and processes (e.g., standard operating procedures, management of trackers, department templates, agendas, production guidelines, production manuals etc.).You will support the Production Operations team during each phase of the project lifecycle. You will assist with pre-production planning, supporting scheduling of personnel, coordinating and arranging travel logistics for the Live Production team and Talent, and provide administrative assistance in whatever capacity is needed. You will assist with the preparation and communication of event production information to the team (e.g., production books, call sheets, travel details, etc.), working with internal and external partners to ensure accurate information sharing for all live events. You will participate in recruiting, selecting and training key personnel. You will work closely with creative partners and internal asset management teams regarding show related IP, creative and physical aspects. You will roll up your sleeves and assume production related on-site roles when needed (i.e., stage manager, production assistants/runner duties) to support live events gaining in-depth experience to enhance your role as a Production Coordinator. You will be responsible for assessing cost standards and maintaining show budgets. You will assist in reconciling event budgets in conjunction with Sr. Production Operations Managers and/or Production Managers, this may include administering purchase orders or invoice.
