If you’re passionate about this role and want to make an impact on a global scale, please apply! - 6+ years of due diligence & remediation experience or risk management or contamination management- A Bachelor’s Degree in Geology, Environmental Science, Chemistry, Chemical or Environmental Engineering, or related field of study- Experience serving as a technical expert.- Possess knowledge and experience of ASTM Phase I standards and other environmental protocols, understand core business and legal concepts of business transactions, with continued interest in working on transactions.- Understand core business and legal concepts of real estate business transactions, with continued interest in working on transactions.- Experience in development and implementation of environmental standards and policies.- Master's degree or equivalent- Experience in a dynamic, changing/growing organization.- Experience demonstrating a high level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others.- Exceptional organizational skills.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- The ability to collaborate with multiple interested parties with a variety of goals and objectives.- The ability to manage a high-volume workload.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Additional language fluency is a bonusAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
