This role is responsible for leading a team of 20+ teammates across three locations in the U.S. and Costa Rica, overseeing sales recruitment, strategy and pipeline management to drive global expansion success. The mission is to secure the best seller experience for North American sellers as they launch into their first international marketplace, ensuring their long-term success and growth worldwide. To achieve this, you will develop and execute strategies that accelerate seller cross launch, optimize sales operations and launch funnel, and enhance automation mechanisms that improve lead generation, prioritization, and conversion efficiency. You will also play a key role in scaling the team and its impact, aiming to double both in size and effectiveness over the next three years. A critical aspect of this position is the ability to deliver results through data-driven decision-making, operational excellence, and a deep understanding of global eCommerce dynamics. Success requires diving deep into complex data, making high-quality judgments with limited information, and balancing short-term execution with long-term strategic thinking. The ability to lead, hire, and develop a new and fast-growing team is crucial, as is earning trust and influencing various stakeholders, including internal partners, sellers, and external service providers.
