Our business customers have different needs than the traditional Amazon customers so we are reinventing everything from how we display our selection, price our products, and provide the right customer experience.We are looking for a Voice of Customer & Sales Alignment Specialist to consolidate feedback from various sources and align it with our central and partner team roadmaps as well as process and program enhancements. This role will play a crucial part in enhancing both customer experience and sales team effectiveness.Key job responsibilities-Develop and implement a comprehensive system to collect, analyze, and consolidate feedback from customers and sales teams-Create and maintain a centralized repository for all customer and sales feedback-Analyze feedback data to identify trends, patterns, and high-impact areas for improvement-Collaborate with product management, engineering, and partner teams to integrate insights into roadmaps and prioritize initiatives-Develop and present regular reports on customer and sales feedback to key stakeholders-Work closely with customer experience and sales enablement teams to implement improvements based on feedback-Create and maintain feedback loops to ensure customers and sales teams are informed of actions taken based on their input-Facilitate cross-functional meetings to align on customer and sales experience improvements-Develop metrics to measure the impact of implemented changes on customer satisfaction and sales performance-Stay up-to-date with industry best practices in customer experience and sales effectivenessThe preferred location for this position is Arlington, VA (HQ2), Seattle, WA (HQ), New York, NY or Austin, TX-Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field-10+ years of experience in customer experience, sales operations, or product management roles-Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights-Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams-Strong project management and organizational skills-Experience in creating and managing roadmaps is a plus-Master's degree in Business Administration or related field-Certification in customer experience management or similar-Familiarity with agile methodologies and product development processes-Experience with CRM systems, feedback management tools, and data analysis software-Excellent communication and presentation skillsAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace. The base pay for this position ranges from $143,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $237,100/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
