This role is required to be in person at a grocery location in the Greater Brea area.We are looking for an experienced Store Manager who can bring Amazon’s customer obsession to life in a grocery retail environment. You will be accountable for the end-to-end operations and overall performance for your store, leading a team of Assistant Managers and engaged grocery associates to deliver a memorable experience for customers. You will lead your store by monitoring, analyzing, and responding to business metrics that include sales, labor, customer satisfaction, productivity, and safety, among others. You will play a vital role in maintaining a vibrant team culture based on customer obsession, trust, respect, continuous learning, safety, and fun. You will work within your store to execute on scalable processes and sound business operations. You will contribute your retail and grocery knowledge to influence the evolution of a fast-growing grocery business. Store Managers are process-driven, comfortable with a high degree of ambiguity, detail-oriented, able to think outside the box, and able to analyze business metrics and implement effective solutions. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- 4+ years of leadership experience in a customer-facing retail, hospitality, or grocery environment (including 1+ year directing store operations as a Store Leader, or equivalent), or 2+ years of Amazon (Blue Badge/FTE) experience.- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or 8+ years of customer-facing retail, hospitality, or grocery industry experience. ...
