This is a ten-week internship (40 hours per week) during the summer of 2025 located within one of Amazon’s fulfillment centers, sort centers, delivery stations or other operations buildings. Key job responsibilities• Learn to coach, manage and develop a team of 50-100 Amazon Associates• Drive standard work and continuous improvement through an intern project • Work independently and operate in an autonomous environment• Stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours• Willing and able to regularly work shift patterns that include nights, weekends, and/or holidays based on business needs.
