Shopbop is looking for a detail-orientated and analytical Email & App Marketing Associate to support and further develop the global email and push notification program. This role is critical to helping Shopbop drive revenue growth and deliver a best-in-class customer marketing experience. The Email & App Marketing Associate will provide technical expertise for the marketing team to enhance customer experiences using Salesforce Marketing Cloud by coding, building, and testing email communications and push notifications. This position will develop and implement marketing journeys and provide ongoing support of our email marketing systems and automation platforms. The Email & App Marketing Associate will partner with Tech teams to provide recommendations for Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
