Senior Customs Operations Lead is a part of Amazon’s internal Customs Brokerage Operation. The Operations Lead is a technically competent, hands-on driver of process change and high-level Compliance and Classification determination. The Lead is responsible for advice and guidance for our Customs Brokerage Entry Team. Beyond our Customs Team, it is critical this position builds strong client relationships as a proactive business partner resulting in his/her being a solution provider. This position is a key member of our customs brokerage team, responsible for overseeing the elaborate process of importing goods on behalf of our clients. This position requires a comprehensive understanding of custom regulations and freight forwarding services, a strong grasp of customs compliance, and the ability drive production while equally ensuring accuracy.
