The Global Procurement Central Services (GPCS) AMER team is seeking a Program Manager to drive key initiatives across our global organization. This role manages the integration of building launches, site type retrofits, and site decommissions. In addition, the role focuses on cost reduction and process improvement projects for the GPCS AMER team. You will work cross functionally across Global Procurement Operations (GPO) pillars including Category Management, Supplier Management, and Site Procurement while partnering with operations and suppliers to balance risk and efficiency in our global supply chain. This role will be required to invent and simplify and continually rethink how we manage inventory and execute our processes.The Global Procurement Central Services (GPCS), reporting into the Global Procurement Organization (GPO), ensures that Amazon gets value for money for non-inventory goods to provide the Fulfillment Centers with the necessary shipping supplies they need to operate smoothly. GPCS currently provides these services for ~1600 sites across 15 countries. The team has two divisions: GPCS AMER and GPCS EMEA. INFORM Act Account Compliance Risk Manager, Americas Account Compliance

The goal of the Americas Account Compliance team is to build seller trust by maintaining a consistent, high quality seller experience (SX) while also implementing effective controls to ensure regulatory and Amazon internal policy compliance. The Risk Manager II will support the operations of the Organized Retail Crime (ORC) Hub, a collaborative platform launching in 2025 that enables brands, law enforcement agencies, and retail partners to directly report and coordinate investigations with Amazon investigators to identify and remove stolen goods being sold on the Amazon store.
