Product Marketing Manager (MBA Intern): The Product Marketing Manager (MBA Intern) will identify business opportunities and developing strategic recommendations through data analysis and stakeholder interviews. This may include defining marketing measurement benchmarks for Owned & Operated channels, requiring collaboration with Business Intelligence, Prime Video, and Channels teams to enhance marketing reporting and performance measurement. The intern will analyze audience behaviors, collaborate with product and BI teams to advocate for improvements, and regularly share insights with key stakeholders to inform product marketing strategies.

US Programming MBA Intern: The intern will report directly to the Sr. US Release Strategy Manager who works across the US Prime Video marketplace. The intern will help with cross functional deliveries to senior leadership and gain exposure to multiple lines of the business. Each day is different, and while some days may be more admin heavy, others will be focused on listening on calls, learning more about the programming process, and meeting with internal stakeholders.

Marketing Finance Strategist MBA Intern: This Intern will create a comprehensive marketing performance tracking system, integrating data from multiple channels. They will develop a user-friendly budget tracking system, performance analysis models, and interactive dashboards to visualize marketing spend and impact. The project involves analyzing historical data, identifying efficiency opportunities, and proposing optimization strategies. The internship will conclude with a presentation to stakeholders, offering recommendations for improved budget tracking and operational enhancements in marketing.

Creative Strategy MBA Intern: The Creative Strategy & Planning team sits at the intersection of strategy, creative development, programming and operations, providing insights, tools, and processes that drive the studio’s decision-making. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work with the studio responsible for delivering Prime Video’s US/Global Original films and series, including breakout hits like The Boys, Fallout, The Idea of You, and The Summer I Turned Pretty, and many more. The intern will collaborate with creative leaders and cross-functional partners, manage the development pipeline for Streaming Originals, and deliver key projects for senior leadership. This hands-on experience will provide insights into the creative lifecycle of films and series.


Key job responsibilities

The intern will analyze audience behaviors, collaborate with product and BI teams to advocate for improvements, and regularly share insights with key stakeholders to inform product marketing strategies.

The US Programming MBA intern will manage both short-term and long-term projects. Daily responsibilities include maintaining the release calendar, analyzing audience demographics per title, and proposing cross-business solutions. The intern's main project will focus on optimizing slate programming to meet US audience needs and balance service requirements with customer preferences.

The Marketing Finance Strategist MBA intern will develop a comprehensive, user-friendly system for analyzing marketing performance across all channels, including Creative Advertising, Media, Social, Influencer, Partnerships, and Events. This involves building performance analysis models, creating interactive dashboards to visualize marketing spend and impact, and analyzing historical data to identify efficiency opportunities. The role includes proposing strategies to optimize marketing workflows, assisting with reports and presentations for key stakeholders, and supporting the Marketing Operations team in daily activities and special projects.

The Creative Strategy MBA intern will play a key role in supporting Prime Video Studios (PVS) leadership. This will involve producing executive development reports across Film and TV verticals to ensure data integrity, developing comprehensive pipeline presentations to provide visibility into upcoming projects, and preparing high-impact global slate presentations showcasing the upcoming streaming Originals. The intern will work closely with the Studios team to deliver insightful analytics and presentations that inform strategic decision-making.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Have an expected graduate date between December 2025 – September 2026
• Be able to work 40 hours/week and commit to a 12-week internship
• Currently enrolled in an MBA or equivalent master’s level program at the time of application

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong analytical skills and experience with data management, reporting, and presentations.
• Experience or coursework in entertainment strategy, business operations, or financial analysis.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
• Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Passion for TV and film, with a strong interest in content development and studio strategy.
• Previous experience in entertainment, media, or management consulting is a plus.
• Knowledge of entertainment industry, talent, and trends, including actors, directors, producers, and popular shows and movies across streaming and traditional platforms

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $58,968/year in our lowest geographic market up to $72,072/year in our highest geographic market.
