Prime Video is seeking a highly motivated, results-oriented Head of Integrated Media to support our brand and live sports initiatives reaching millions of customers each year. In this role, you will be accountable for driving consumer facing campaigns that develop and deepen engagement with Prime Video customers. This leader is able to think big while remaining deeply analytical, naturally curious and capable of juggling multiple complex projects to drive increasingly effective tactical touchpoint plans that deliver entertaining customer experiences both out of app and in-app. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for bar-raising media planning frameworks, strong organization and high standards for operational launch management and substantial experience working with research, data science, media & brand agencies and creative marketing partners.
As a leader, you will own the marketing development of integrated media plans and launch execution. This includes leading a team of marketing stakeholders that work on dedicated projects. You will be accountable for driving quality assurance from media briefing to go-to-market planning of 360-degree campaigns and alignment with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g. creative marketing, product, finance) across Amazon. As an integrated media lead, you will have a proven track record for driving results, working autonomously to set roadmaps and goal tracking and have substantial experience working with industry partners. You will possess a blended balance of strategist, project manager, team champion and analyst. Relationship building will be necessary as the work is highly visible and requires strong partnership with cross-divisional teams.
Key job responsibilities
- Own paid media strategy for Live Sports and Brand campaigns.
- Own O&O launch management for Prime Video live sports and live events.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure campaign sufficiency and optimizations are deployed to deliver on goals. Eliminate barriers and obtain buy-in at scale.
- Dive deep into marketing performance and audience insights. Uncover durable insights that improve program performance over time.
- Own representation of key metrics and progress to goal with senior leadership.
- Act as a leader and “catalyst” to inspire others to deliver bar-raising, best in class ideas and plans.
- Cultivate positive relationships with appropriate agencies, companies, talent, external studio partners and other relevant Amazon partner teams.
- Hire and develop talent to support your efforts.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 10+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience managing teams
- Experience in marketing or marketing research
- Experience guiding creative input, development and execution from concept to completion
- Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams
- Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Knowledge of the TV/sports landscape and/or streaming platforms
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in inter-team working skills to develop partnership with partner, tech team and operating at leadership levels
- 10+ years of team management experience

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $168,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $278,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
