Commercial Account Manager – Middle Market Accounts (100% Remote)

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of middle market accounts totaling $1.1M in annual revenue. In this role, you will manage a diverse book of business, including clients in retail, manufacturing, and property. You’ll be responsible for ensuring excellent client service, handling renewals, and supporting the growth and retention of accounts.

Location : 100% Remote

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage a book of middle market accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing their insurance and risk management needs
  • Handle all day-to-day servicing, including endorsements, claims, and certificates of insurance
  • Lead the renewal process from gathering client information to preparing proposals and binding coverage
  • Collaborate with Producers to identify and pursue opportunities for account growth and cross-selling
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal teams
  • Utilize Applied EPIC software to manage client data, documentation, and service requests
  • Ensure timely responses to client inquiries, resolving issues quickly and effectively
  • Attend virtual meetings and contribute to overall sales strategies and team objectives

Requirements :

  • Experience in commercial lines account management
  • Experience managing a book of middle market accounts, including retail, manufacturing, and property
  • Proficiency in Applied EPIC software
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a remote environment
  • Active Property & Casualty insurance license
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team
