Job Description

We are a Financial Services/ Life Insurance & Annuity Agency looking for a full-time Executive Assistant. This is a hybrid position (3 days work-from-home combined with 2 days in-person work from our Woodland Hills, CA office). There may be additional traveling opportunities that will be announced well in advance.


MUST:

  1. Have Administrative Assistant experience
  2. Have experience & proficiency using Canva and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  3. Be organized and have great communication skills
  4. Have a polished executive presence
  5. Represent our company with professional maturity and poise at all interactions and events
  6. Take ownership of tasks and projects with minimal supervision, anticipating needs and creating solutions

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Implementing the CEO's vision into a practical plan
  2. Provide high-level administrative support including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling travel arrangements and expenses
  3. Day-to-day operations
  4. Event planning
  5. Handling sensitive information with discretion
  6. Business tracking
  7. Generating reports

COMPENSATION:

Annual Salary of $60,000-$65,000 annually. Negotiable benefits.
