Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced DAS Construction Manager/Site Superintendent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in DAS and at least 5 years of experience in the field. Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and oversee the construction of DAS projects from start to finish
  2. Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  3. Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure that project goals are met
  4. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
  5. Manage project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as needed
  6. Ensure that all project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date
  7. Provide regular project status updates to senior management

Requirements:

  1. At least 5 years of hands-on experience in DAS
  2. Strong project management skills
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  5. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  6. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  7. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
