About the Role

As the Product Marketing Manager for Creators, you will be responsible for the global, end-to-end marketing of products that empower creators to take control of their growth by guiding them to adopt tools and best practices based on their journey. You will partner closely with the Community Experiences product team to bring innovative new features to market as well as drive adoption for existing Twitch products, developing a strategy that is based on the needs of the audience and bringing together a cross-functional team to execute that strategy.

You Will

  1. Oversee the development of go-to-market strategy for new and existing product features on Twitch, working closely with research to align the strategy to customer needs and insights.
  2. Guide a team of cross-functional stakeholders (including Product, Marketing, Data Science, PR, Design, Engineering, and Creative) to deliver outstanding product-marketing launches.
  3. Embed yourself on the product team to develop and influence the product roadmap based on highest customer needs and insights.
  4. Manage internal creative partners to ensure quality, on-budget, on-time delivery of marketing programs and assets across multiple channels.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 4+ years of professional experience in a corporate or startup environment.
  • 2+ years in a marketing capacity at a technology company.
  • Experience partnering with and influencing Product Management, Research & Analytics, Comms, and senior executives.
  • Fluency with data, including forecasting and partnership with analytics and campaign owners to surface insights, and a track record of grounding all consumer marketing in data & audience insights.
  • Project management skills, with experience working with and executing marketing strategy.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience managing external partners to develop marketing programs.
  • Experience working on digital communities and/or content creators.
