Key job responsibilities
Drive the team to meet PDP (Product Development Process) requirements
Develop, maintain and manage task-based PD schedule
Provide risk management and schedule optimization analysis
Serve as the PD communication focal point with the Lab126 Core team, Overseas Partners and OEMs
Drive and track enclosure material readiness for Engineering builds
Manage BOM development and readiness
Support through coordination of resources across Process Engineering Team initiatives
This position will require some international travel
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- 5+ years of experience delivering consumer electronics products
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience with product development lifecycles
- Background in high-volume consumer electronics
- Excellent leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Hands on experience with development using outside supplier teams

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $133,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $231,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
