Description : To support the growth of Charles IT, we are seeking to add a Technical Sales Architect (TSA) to join our exceptional team. The focus of the TSA is to provide presales support for our Business Development, Projects, and Account Management teams. The TSA is an integral member of the organization, responsible for bridging our technical solutions with our focus on client engagement and real relationships.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support various arms of our business with the design, quoting, and delivery of technical solutions for prospective and existing clients.
  • Perform Operational Maturity Level (OML) assessments during the presales process of prospective clients.
  • Join various strategic meetings with executive audiences aimed at technical road-mapping or solutions.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in Charles IT’s technical services for our clients and internal team members.
  • Provide ad hoc support for our projects team.
  • Augment our Technical Business Review process by assisting Account Managers on technical prep and delivery.

Requirements

  • Associates degree or equivalent in a related field; and 5-8+ years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education preferably in the technology field.
  • Superior oral and written communication skills required.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple client needs with the ability to multi-task and function collaboratively as a member of a fast-paced, client-oriented team.
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and work with key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executives and C-level.
  • Advanced experience with Cisco/Meraki, Datto, VMware, Microsoft 365 (Azure, Microsoft Endpoint Manager/Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint).
  • Expertise with ConnectWise, RMMs, VOIP phone systems, and/or Mac OS is a plus.
  • Enthusiastic and dedicated to the challenges of a growing company and client base.
  • Excellent follow-through to see tasks through completion.
  • Self-starter with the ability to perform independently with little or no supervision.
  • High level of organization; sharp attention to detail.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Current, valid US driver's license is required.
