Key job responsibilities
As a Sr. Technical Program Manager, you'll orchestrate the delivery of high-impact, cross-functional product initiatives while adeptly juggling multiple concurrent projects. Your exceptional organizational and communication skills will be instrumental in navigating ambiguity, identifying challenges, and crafting innovative solutions. Cross-team coordination, project management, executive communication, and presentation prowess are essential for success in this role.

-Spearhead the seamless delivery of large-scale, highly cross-functional product initiatives while meticulously tracking and managing a portfolio of smaller projects simultaneously.

-Drive strategic cross-functional planning by collaborating closely with product managers and engineering leads. Lead the discovery and prioritization processes, developing comprehensive program plans encompassing roadmaps, dependency mapping, and resource allocation.

-Critically analyze feature requests to uncover the underlying true requirements. Recommend alternative technical approaches and lead engineering efforts to meet aggressive timelines while ensuring quality.

-Communicate plans, statuses, and critical updates to executive management with clarity and effectiveness, leveraging outstanding presentation skills.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- 3+ years of software development experience
- 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 7+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
