About the team
As a software engineer on this collaborative team, you will be directly involved in developing cloud-based, high-performance solutions that orchestrate movement for a world-wide fleet of mobile robots and provide real-time data processing that brings data science models to real-world use. If you are a hard-working individual with a passion for programing from concept to production-ready software, then this is your dream job!
The Movement Sciences & Scheduling (MOSS) team builds cloud-based, high performance software services that provide a central hub for sequencing all activities that orchestrate mobile robot movement. High-speed access to this information is used to plan and execute work allowing the mobile robots to deliver inventory into storage and to associates to fulfill customer orders.
We also work with our data scientists to provide real-time data streaming and processing software that brings the data science models to real-world use. This system identifies issues on the warehouse floor that are impacting mobile robot performance and enables operations teams to take action.
