Core Responsibilities

Leadership & Management

  1. Build and lead a high-performing team of MEP professionals
  2. Drive division strategy and growth
  3. Oversee project execution and quality control

Technical Leadership

  1. Direct complex MEP design projects
  2. Lead engineering evaluations and studies
  3. Ensure technical excellence across all disciplines
  4. Provide senior technical oversight
  5. Drive innovation in design solutions

Business Development

  1. Develop and execute growth strategies
  2. Build strong client relationships
  3. Lead proposal development
  4. Participate in industry organizations

Ideal Qualifications

  1. Professional Engineering license
  2. Mechanical, Electrical, or Architectural Engineering degree
  3. 10+ years MEP engineering experience
  4. Expertise in mechanical and/or electrical design
  5. Comprehensive knowledge of MEP and fire protection systems
  6. Strong understanding of architectural and structural principles
  7. Proficiency in AutoCAD (BIM experience preferred)
  8. Proven business development track record
  9. Outstanding communication and leadership skills

Ideal Candidate
Someone with MEP experience and leadership. This will start off remote but ultimately will be building an office in the DC Metro/MD area. So they will be open to anyone as long as they would be willing to move to MD/DC Metro at some point to help build out the office.
