Title: Technical Project Manager – Customer Operations (Consulting)

Type of role: Contract (12mo+)

Location: Remote

Compensation: $75 - $110/hr

Overview:

One of our consulting clients is in need of a technical project manager to join a consulting engagement for 12mo+ supporting a large enterprise banking client. They are looking for a technical project manager that has worked on regulatory projects and initiatives (ex: consent orders or matters requiring attention (MRA’s)). This engagement has the potential to be extended.

Required skills:

  1. 10+ yrs of Project Management experience focused on customer operations, customer readiness, and onboarding, with depth in AML and KYC. This experience must be at large US banks.
  2. Expertise in process transformation and change management.
  3. Professional experience presenting to business unit leaders at a large enterprise bank.
  4. Requirements elicitation, structuring and validation/traceability experience.
  5. Agile and waterfall expertise along with experience in mixed SDLC banking environments.
  6. Stakeholder engagement.
  7. Excellence in written and verbal communication skills.
  8. Agile development/Scrum Master that has developed user stories.
  9. Problem statement and solving, fishbone analysis.

Desired skills:

Certifications are valued, e.g., PMP, CBAP, SAFe, CSM, etc.
