We are growing our Public Sector ACE and Partner Operations team within the Partner Core, Public Sector organization, which is responsible for helping partners accelerate growth and profitability with AWS Public Sector customers.
As an AWS ACE & Operations Specialist within Amazon Web Services (AWS), you will be responsible for shaping, evangelizing, and day-to-day operations of our partner programs working cross-functionally with AWS teams around the world. Your role will work with Partners and AWS sales to ensure validated requests are at a high caliber for improved AWS engagement.

- Support Public Sector partner program operations
- Document and communicate our program requirements
- Build partnerships across internal and external stakeholders to drive program evolution
- Review and validate partner opportunity submissions
- Support training of AWS sales and APN partners on opportunity management process
- Support questions related to partner submissions and requests
- Resolve conflicts related to opportunity management

- 2+ years of program or project management experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
- 2+ years of industry work experience
- Experience working with clients
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related technical or quantitative field
