As a Sr Program Manager for Global Corporate Card and Expense, you will have the exciting opportunity to design, launch, and manage critical initiatives that deliver controllership at scale. You will be driving the necessary business and technical relationships to develop program controls and analyze data to verify controls and evaluate improvement opportunities.
The successful candidate will have great people skills, a keen eye for detail, be curious and flexible, possess superior communication skills, and be comfortable dealing with ambiguity and working independently. You'll think big, drive tactical execution, and won't mind rolling up your sleeves to get things done when required.

Key job responsibilities
- Build and deliver the controllership elements of the global corporate card and expense strategy.
- Think big and lead innovation that increases card & expense controllership while delivering an enhanced customer experience.
- Invent and simplify to streamline processes while improving card & expense financial controls and productivity.
- Lead dive deep self-inspection activities to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Work cross-functionally to align on end-to-end card & expense control design and process.
- Develop metrics to measure card & expense controllership compliance and progress against goals.
- Develop and own overall controllership goals for the Global Corporate Card and Expense program.

- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- Experience defining and executing program requirements
- Bachelor's degree

- Experience managing accounting/finance process improvement and/or technology projects with aggressive schedules
