The MLA Technology team is looking for candidates interested in helping us keep that engineer primed with our sourcing, manufacturing and delivery partners. Diving deep into the different hardware component and and scale technologies that power our Machine Learning boards and servers at scale.

You will own, build, and run technology sourcing, and qualifications programs. You will do this hand and hand with Annapurna Labs engineering, component engineers and AWS global infrastructure team. We are looking for a Supply chain expert with a technical background who can drive programs with engineering and with our suppliers to ensure we can scale our in-house products. To be successful in this role – you will need to be analytical, digging into data to understand the right course of action. In addition, we are looking for a strong leader who can drive the programs through various levels of the organization and excels at executive communication.

- Understand key technology trends on board level components for NICs and ML accelerators, and engage with suppliers to drive product technology roadmaps and execute strategic quality/availability/cost improvement initiatives
- Dive deep into the bill of materials (BOM) for various boards to analyze BOM health, and identify potential areas of opportunities
- Analyze industry capacity for manufacturing critical technologies especially in the GenAI space to predict market constraints and plan sourcing strategies to secure continuity of supply and drive cost optimization.
- Build a comprehensive program management schedule and communicate it effectively across various stakeholders to hold them accountable to deliverables.
- Partner with a global team who lead complex negotiations including commercial terms, statements of work, SLAs, capacity, supply & pricing.
- Coordinate Engineering with early technology adoption, startup organizations and qualification of components.

- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- 3+ years of software development experience
- 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

- 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $133,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $231,400/year in our highest geographic market.
