As a campaign manager on the North America Customer, Industry, and Partner Marketing team, you will be responsible for contributing to the overall marketing strategy for a specific industry, segment, or product category and owning campaign content development, audience targeting, channel mix, and ongoing performance reporting for lead generation campaigns goaled on the delivery of marketing sourced pipeline. The Campaign Manager is responsible for delivery of sales activation kits to ensure leads are successfully touched and then converted by sales. They will contribute to the online and in-person event strategy for the target audience, including sourcing internal and external subject matter experts for speaking opportunities, ensuring event content is resonant and relevant for the target audience, and the development of lead generation goals for events.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple high-profile marketing projects simultaneously and independently. They have a mind that is equal parts creative and analytical, providing strategic solutions to business problems, as well as being passionate about owning programs, testing and learning, and driving lead acquisition and conversion to achieve SQL pipeline goals.

Key job responsibilities
• Campaign design & strategy - Creates and executes multi-channel marketing campaigns that are aligned to the Americas sales GTM strategy.
• Stakeholder management - collaborate and maintain relationships with sales & marketing leaders and with peers.
• Target audience expertise - Defines target audience parameters by campaign, maintains target account lists specific to segment, provides targeting guidance for email and paid media execution.
• Event demand generation and follow-up - Works closely with Event Managers, influencing event registration and attendance goals, event demand generation strategy, and determining the post-event lead follow-up and nurture.
• Content curation - Identifies assets and platform creative for campaign promotion. Evaluates what’s working, and what’s not, and recommends improvements.
• Promotional content development - Executes promotional content development including post copy and corresponding visuals.
• Supports lead nurture and lead flow – Contributes to sales visibility into upcoming lead queues and provides enablement materials for post-event and campaign follow-up by sellers.
• Reporting and optimization – Delivers data and insights to improve campaign performance and keep sales and marketing stakeholders informed.
• Budget management – Oversees campaign marketing budget, ensuring funds are utilized as planned and in compliance with all internal finance policies.

- 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
- Experience managing budgets

- Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email, web, analytics, and CRM (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.) for targeting, segmentation, reporting for demand generation
- Experience with A/B testing, especially around audience segmentation and targeting
- Experience with marketing strategies in online and mobile channels

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $72,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $155,200/year in our highest geographic market.
