The AWS Partner Organization (APO) team is responsible for building and managing products and services for our partners' growth by supporting build, market, and sell motions.
We use a combination tech stacks to build our services, which includes our first-party native AWS (NAWS) services, and third-party software-as-a-service from Salesforce. We leverage Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud to experiment and accelerate our capability offerings.

AWS Partner Engineering is looking for a results-oriented, self-driven leader in this individual contributor role who can help us create the next generation of distributed, scalable systems that support AWS' current and future business needs. In this role, you will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, relish working with high volume of data, the challenge of highly complex business contexts that are typically being defined in real-time. You will design and develop services that processes millions of transactions in secured environment. While Salesforce will be your primary skill, you will have an unique opportunity to learn Native AWS services including state of art AI/ML services, and work closely with Software Development Engineers for building integrations between Salesforce and 1P services.

Key job responsibilities
- Build solutions in Salesforce.com leveraging Force.com, APEX, Lightning Web Components, Web Services, and APIs
- Own end-to-end design, development, security, design/development best practices, integration and deployment (CI/CD), release management, and automation regression testing
- Experience with integrations and knowledge of integration patterns
- Deliver operationally excellent features along with operational dashboards, alarms and notifications
- Support cross-systems integrations across native Salesforce ecosystem, as well as other cloud technologies including AWS
- Partner with Sales, Operations, Product, and external customers to deliver tailored solutions that support business requirements, create a superlative user experience, and drive tangible business value
- Participate in the planning and analysis of requirements for system enhancements, translating requirements into well-architecture solutions that best use the Salesforce platform and products
