We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) with broad and deep Supply Chain Experience to join our Supplier Governance team to influence and own long term security outcomes in the AWS Supply Chain. We are looking for an individual that can lead technical initiatives, build and maintain strategic relationships with internal and external partners, define and implement repeatable processes, and deliver results against the AWS supply chain security landscape.
As a Senior Supply Chain TPM, you will be a thought leader in AWS Supply Chain and will work cross functionally with security engineers, operations, software developers, program managers, and business leaders to identify, scope, and deliver end-to-end projects with a focus on supply chain security. You will help craft new concepts to integrate into our supply chain to improve the overall visibility and validation, developing the secure supply chain of the future. You will be comfortable working cross functions and dealing with ambiguous requirements. You will anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance the business needs versus efforts to deliver them in a successful and timely manner. Success in this role requires being right a lot, making judgment calls, negotiation skills, ability to influence, analytical skills and leadership.

• Develop programs and lead global initiatives aimed at controlling risks within the AWS supply chain.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to shape product roadmaps by defining supply chain requirements and aligning them with security controls and product features.

- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- 3+ years of software development experience
- 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
