Real Estate Program Manager, AWS Data Center Supply Solutions

We are looking for a talented professional to join the AWS Real Estate Team who will operate on both strategic and tactical levels to support the expansion of AWS’s Data Center Network in the U.S.In this role, you will support the team who is working directly with land owners, developers, PE firms, local jurisdictions, and land use attorneys to build and develop data centers. You will collaborate with multi-disciplinary internal and external stakeholders to manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and stakeholder relationships to ensure that projects are tracked and successfully delivered.You will collaborate with multi-disciplinary internal and external stakeholders to produce outcomes that support sustainable growth and are sensitive to the communities in which we expand. You will work internally to Identify and implement process improvements to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness. Key job responsibilitiesKey job responsibilities- Develop and manage real estate programs and initiatives in line with company goals and objectives.- Oversee and coordinate the reporting of real estate projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams and external entities to ensure seamless program execution.- Establish and implement project management methodologies, processes, and tools to streamline program delivery- Monitor and report on program progress, risks, issues, and key performance metrics (KPIs) to stakeholders.- Work cross-functionally with internal teams including Design Engineering, Legal, Economic Development, Public Policy, Construction and Capacity Planning.- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.- Develop and deliver training programs for program management to enhance their skills and knowledge.- Communicating project status across many teams and management levels- Some travel requiredA day in the life**Why AWS** Amazon Web Services (AWS) is the world’s most comprehensive and broadly adopted cloud platform.
