The Add to Delivery team is looking for a strategic product innovator to lead the Selection Initiatives charter. In this role, you’ll define the vision for forward-deploying inventory to fulfillment nodes, curate the selection to meet local demand, and continuously improve through experimentation. You'll identify and eliminate friction points in selection initiatives, driving innovation and delivering a seamless, delightful customer experience.
The Senior Product Manager, Delivery Stations and Selection Initiatives role demands a deep understanding of Amazon’s network, a keen focus on customer needs in selection, and curiosity to experiment your way toward new solutions.

You excel at building strong cross-functional relationships, thrive in dynamic and ambiguous environments, and can manage multiple priorities with ease. You possess excellent judgment, high standards, and strong written and verbal communication skills.

Key job responsibilities
1) Develop product vision and build product roadmap in coordination with several teams. Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners
2) Think big and global about the needs of our customer (both end customers and network) . Drive innovative selection initiatives from end-to-end that will delight the customer and improve our business
3) Approach complex business problems, aligning divergent stakeholder teams to a common plan
4) Partner cross functionally (business, engineering, UX, finance teams) to drive innovative features that are demonstrably impactful in shaping the customer delivery experience.
5) Use high judgement to make critical tradeoffs, assess benefit and impact of new features and deliver without compromising long-term thinking and customer experience.
6) Passionately advocate for the customer, integrate strong and clear analysis and business rationale into sound decision making.
7) Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects and partner relationships, including work prioritization, planning and delivery.
8) Comfortable with end to end experimentation to test hypotheses and develop features.

- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience as a product manager or owner
- Experience owning technology products
- Experience in managing selection/product category
- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
