- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Similar experience in a service, manufacturing, fulfillment or distribution environment
- Ability to quickly build expertise and manage an increasingly complex problem across multiple stakeholder teams
- Ability to influence at an executive level and to share critical business insights.
- Bias for action with strengths in problem solving, issue-resolution, attention to detail.
- Project management skills with a proven ability to design workable solutions and drive projects to successful implementation.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market.
