Kuiper Production Operations team is looking for an experienced ServiceNow Administrator to join our team. This role will be responsible for the configuration, development, and ongoing maintenance of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring that it meets the needs of our business while delivering a smooth, high-quality user experience. As the ServiceNow Administrator, you’ll manage and configure modules, implement workflows, and provide technical support, playing a key role in driving process automation and enhancing service delivery across the organization.

Key job responsibilities
- Utilize knowledge of development and service delivery best practices to lead design and development efforts for a team with a security, scalability, and performance mindset
- ServiceNow Platform Management: Maintain and optimize the ServiceNow platform, including Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, and Configuration Management modules, ensuring reliability and high performance.
- Configuration & Development: Customize workflows, forms, and fields to meet business requirements. Design, test, and implement new configurations and integrations with third-party tools.
- Automation & Scripting: Develop and refine scripts, UI policies, and business rules using JavaScript, Glide, and other scripting tools to enhance process automation and simplify tasks.
- User Support & Training: Provide technical support to ServiceNow users, troubleshoot issues, and train end-users to maximize platform efficiency.
- Reporting & Analytics: Build and manage reports and dashboards, providing insights on platform performance, compliance, and service delivery metrics.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, identify areas for improvement, and deliver solutions that align with business goals.

- 5+ years of systems design, software development, operations, automation, and process improvement experience
- Experience programming with at least one modern language such as Python, Ruby, Golang, Java, C++, C#, Rust
- Experience with Linux/Unix
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines build processes
- Experience with maintaining and optimizing the ServiceNow platform, including Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, and Configuration Management modules, ensuring reliability and high performance.

- Experience with distributed systems at scale

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
