Amazon is looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager who can combine strategic vision with collaborative and analytical skills to build the Last Mile Fleet In Life Services data structure. In this role you will contribute as part of the Strategic Programs team to help deliver fleet services faster, more reliably, and at a lower cost while ensuring a long-term vision.

Key job responsibilities
- Leading cross-functional teams of business and technical leaders to deliver impactful results at Amazon speed.
- Study, learn, and diagnose In Life Services operational processes, identify improvement opportunities, prescribe improvement strategies and guide the improvement effort.
- Recommending and implementing changes to 3P systems design, data structure and reporting standards.
- Project and Change management from conception to completion.
- Writing clear documents, and leading project meetings with Sr. Management.
- Ensure products are working in all the aspects (data accuracy, automation, features).
- Be the voice of the customer and articulate their needs.
- Evaluate new features from the technical point of view to understand the impact in development required.
- Work with project managers on development, launch process, beta product, acceptance criteria.
- Influence the strategic direction (business and technology) and analytics org priorities.
- Establish/simplify processes to ensure product meets customer needs and audit mechanisms.

- Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 3+ years of software development experience
- 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

- 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
- 5+ years of software development experience

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $133,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $231,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
