We are seeking a passionate, talented, organized and inventive individual to join the AWS team and help drive programs for software companies across Amazon Web Services. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact across hundreds of sales, partner, marketing and GTM teams across AWS, and drive process and program efficiencies to how new capabilities go from concept to launch.
As a WW Bus Dev Program Manager in this role, you will work across every AWS SMB team, and drive planning and execution of programs such as CxO Roundtables and SMB Greenfield Activate, and establishing mechanisms and driving adoption at AWS scale.
Key job responsibilities
As a Bus Dev PM in this role, you will work across Sales, Partner and Marketing teams to help drive prioritization of new capabilities, and produce a monthly artifact for review at the AWS leadership level. You will identify inefficiencies, and drive to eliminate them by creating new mechanisms, or improving existing ones. You will recognize the need to eliminate process where it's not needed and drive ownership at the right levels.

The Global SMB Strategy Team has the following purpose: Help SMB customers realize greater value. Our Mission is to accelerate customer value creation at scale across AWS. Our Method: Build and orchestrate customer-relevant GTM strategies and mechanisms.
We are looking for a Bus Dev Program Manager who will own the enabling, execution and analysis of SMB targeted programs globally. This individual will be responsible for the following top Programs:
1. Understand the CxO Roundtable program completely and be prepared to review program in detail with customers.
2. Gather, organize and communicate geo best practices. Curate and send monthly WW SMB Leaders newsletter and meeting minutes.
3. Manage the Global Greenfield Activate Program for SMB.
4 Manage the contribution of SMB to the Greenfield MBR.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $83,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $177,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
