This Brand Manager at Beats by Dre will help lead the development and execution of innovative, integrated brand marketing strategies that elevate Beats' position as a global leader and cultural icon in the audio electronic industry. They will work alongside the Senior Brand Manager and Brand Director to ensure that all brand initiatives align seamlessly with overall marketing objectives, delivering a cohesive, engaging brand message and experience for consumers across key touch pints. The Brand Manager will drive impactful marketing efforts that support the brand’s strategic priorities and engage target audiences in meaningful ways that reflect Beats' bold, influential presence in culture, sports, and music. Fostering external and internal relationships is a requirement in this mission, partnering with internal cross functional peers, senior leadership and external partners.

- Partner with Senior Brand Manager and Brand Director to develop marketing plans, while working closely with cross-functional teams including media, social. .com, PR, channel and creative teams. - Facilitate global alignment by collaborating with regional teams in EMEA and APAC, ensuring that local campaigns reflect the global brand strategy and are effectively localized as needed.- Leverage consumer and customer insights, market conditions, and competitor data to inform marketing plans.- Develops briefs, campaign recaps, and brand reporting in an accurate, timely manner to foster future improvement.- Develop and deliver campaign all ups/recaps/updates/brand reporting/internal PR- Work with internal peers to track/analyze/present customer and business metrics to marketing leadership with thorough insights on impact and clear recommendations - Have a genuine interest, curiosity and desire to develop never been done before, effective campaigns that deliver on objectives

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum 5-7 years in Brand Marketing with one or more category-leading brands
  • 5+ years in Brand Marketing role with a category leading brand(s)
  • Proven experience with culture and sports is preferred

  • Some form of global experience (either study or work) preferred
  • World class marketing campaign experience a must.
  • Experience in developing integrated plans
  • Creative, production and project management experience

  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $108,200 and $165,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
