Sr. Program Manager, Talent Research & Development (TRAD)

The Talent Research & Development (TRAD) team is the talent intelligence team supporting the Amazon Advertising, Artificial General Intelligence, AWS, Devices, and Entertainment businesses, is seeking an innovative and results-oriented Senior Program Manager. TRAD helps to drive innovation and optimization across the talent ecosystem and shape the future of our global workforce through best in class research. As a Senior Program Manager, you'll spearhead the ongoing development of our research product suite, including a talent availability dashboard and browser plugin. About the RoleAs the Senior Program Manager for the TRAD team, you’ll have two core areas of responsibility. First is ownership for the TRAD team’s programmatic framework. This will include management of the processes and mechanisms used to house team information, research requests and deliverables, regular business reporting, annual planning, impact analysis, and change management for TRAD services.
