The organization develops business opportunities directly with Apple’s reseller partners, collaborating closely with local account teams and partnering with finance, operations, legal, marketing, and other organizations to drive attach around the world.
Description
In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales initiatives across Apple-branded Accessories, AppleCare+, AirPods, and Beats by Dr. Dre. You will build strategic relationships with key reseller partners around the world, guide regional teams along the critical path to close deals, and develop and evolve playbooks to generate demand at scale. You will bring strategic insight and thoughtful analysis to support these efforts, and deliver persuasive presentations to ensure alignment amongst internal stakeholders and inspire external partners.
Minimum Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in business development or strategy roles
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Proven track record of successfully managing senior-level relationships with external customers and partners to deliver sales
- Proficiency in Keynote and experience developing and presenting strategic concepts to senior leadership in a large-scale corporate environment
- Proficiency in Excel and experience developing robust financial models
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
- Resourcefulness and flexibility to thrive with limited direction in an ambiguous work environment
- Natural motivation to identify, build, and grow business opportunities

- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $179,000 and $269,100, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
