You’ll be at the center of a dynamic and fast-moving environment, responsible for assigning the right person to the right project at the right time, across creative and production teams—both an art and science. Description
Responsible for updating and maintaining the resource allocation plan for a large group of creatives and producers, taking into account changes in timeline or project scope, resource availability and business priorities. You’ll develop a roll-out plan to operationalize tools and software solutions in order to track intake, allocate resources effectively, and manage reporting for leadership visibility. Additional responsibilities include: - Support quarterly and fiscal year planning by forecasting future hiring and freelance needs based on Plan of Record and roadmaps. Provide information to accurately project future planning. - Provide a comprehensive, birds-eye view on planning and resource availability across all REM creative and production teams. Expertly balance workload across internal teams, freelancers and agency/vendor partners.- Shape resource management tools, systems, templates, and workflows—constantly aiming to improve processes and workflow standardization and identify solutions to ensure final output is always delivered on time and as high-quality as possible.- Manage all freelance needs when external resources are needed. Ensure the successful on-boarding/off-boarding of all employees (FTE, vendors and freelancers).- Run weekly resource meetings and actively work with functional leads to address resourcing issues, identify excessive or under-utilization of talent, and solve any potential resource gaps.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 7 years of experience in an account/project management role within a creative or marketing organization, with at least 3 years directly as a resource manager or serving in a resource management function
- Experience using or evangelizing a project resourcing system or tool
- Advanced user of spreadsheet and presentation tools with experience creating capacity plans and estimating level of effort

- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $143,900 and $216,900, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
