Your role is critical in crafting the QA processes, improving product quality, and driving the adoption of standard methodologies across the organization. Description
As a Sales Application Quality Assurance Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in improving the reliability and performance of our Sales applications. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive quality assurance processes, ensuring detailed test script coverage, and aligning with quality standards throughout Sales process through Contracts with partners like AIG. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Business, IS&T, and Cross Functional QEs, to identify quality issues, report defects, and drive resolution. Through data analysis, risk assessments, building test automation and utilization of SAP modules (SAP SD), you will see opportunities for improvement, facilitate communication between business and IS&T, and manage quality risks effectively. You will also provide training and support to the business, mentor junior quality engineers, and build and maintain detailed documentation related to quality processes. As a key player in this role, you will be instrumental in driving business growth and ensuring the success of our Sales applications.
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience in quality engineering, preferably within a Sales environment.
- Knowledge of quality management systems, tools, and methodologies
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $101,700 and $169,700, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
