We are looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager at Ring. The role will be a part of the eCommerce & Customer Engagement team. The team powers Ring’s direct-to-consumer (DTC) selling programs and customer engagement initiatives. These products and services include Ring.com in the US and for other marketplaces, our 24/7 storefront; recommendations and personalization powered by LLMs, generative AI, and machine learning; Ring Help; and centralized MarTech communications tools. Our charter is to deliver exceptional digital experiences to current and future neighbors across the customer lifecycle.
This role is high visibility given the strategic importance of the products/services under its purview. The role will work cross-functionally: with other technical product managers, marketing, technical program managers, software development engineers and managers, analytics, Legal, Finance, etc.
Key job responsibilities
The Sr. Product Manager - Tech will own the vision and strategy for Ring's Advertising tech (AdTech). This role will partner with multiple teams across marketing and eCommerce to deliver new experiences and tech to drive customer growth.
Key responsibilities include:
•Define creative, high-quality roadmaps based on team strategy and vision
•Develop detailed, crisp business requirements and user stories that can be used to create product specifications and architecture for each product and application
•Manage prioritization and trade-offs among customer experience, performance and operational support load
•Work closely with engineering, design, data science, and program management in an agile environment to deliver products and services
•Drive product roadmap creation including working with operations, executive team, and other team members
•Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues to help the team meet strategic, financial, and technical goals
•Interface and partner with all levels of the Ring and Amazon business.

- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Master's degree
- Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
- 5+ years of end to end product delivery experience
- Experience with concepts such as system architecture, optimization, system dynamics, system analysis, statistical analysis, reliability analysis, and decision making
- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
