Our BIM Managers have:
• Hands-On BIM Expertise: Practical experience in BIM from design to construction oversight, ensuring model accuracy and coordination.
• Project & Risk Management: Strong understanding of BIM deliverables and the ability to manage BIM-related risks tied to project milestones across disciplines.
• Multi-Disciplinary Knowledge: Expertise in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) and CSA (Civil, Structural, Architectural) for seamless model integration.
• Software Proficiency: Extensive (hands on) experience with platforms like Autodesk Revit, Inventor, Navisworks, Tekla Structures, and Power BI to optimize workflows, performance and cross software collaboration.
• Detail-Oriented & Collaborative: Detail-focused professionals with excellent communication skills who thrive in team environments and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Dependable & Motivated: Highly reliable and motivated, bringing strong leadership and problem-solving skills to complex projects.


Key job responsibilities
• Ensure adherence to company BIM standards and Information Exchange Requirements (EIR) across projects.
• Oversee the creation and management of BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) to align with our customer needs.
• Perform thorough quality checks on BIM models, ensuring accuracy and compliance with AWS standards.
• Enforce strict quality control processes to maintain high standards in all deliverables.
• Oversee coordination and clash resolution between disciplines (MEP, CSA), ensuring smooth integration.
• Monitor and ensure resolution of design conflicts using Navisworks.
• Support the data center lifecycle from scope of work development, contracting, and design through to construction and operational phases.
• Facilitate the collection of lessons learned both during the project and post-completion, applying insights to improve existing and future projects.
• Manage concurrent projects across different geographical locations, ensuring consistent BIM application.
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure smooth workflow and information exchange.
• Manage BIM-related risks tied to project milestones and deliverables, addressing issues proactively.
• Provide regular BIM performance reports using tools like Power BI.
• Offer training and mentorship to team members on BIM tools and company standards.
• Support internal teams in optimizing BIM workflows.
• Developing new BIM strategies and leading implementation efforts
• Deliver high-quality results while fostering a positive, enjoyable work environment.

• Master’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of experience hands-on work on large-scale, complex multi-disciplinary data center projects as a BIM Manager.
• In-depth understanding of industry BIM standards like ISO 19650, AIA, or PAS 1192.
• Experience in creating, updating, and enforcing BIM Execution Plans (BEPs).
• Strong ability to oversee BIM coordination processes with multiple project stakeholders.
• Strong experience with Navisworks Manage for clash detection and model coordination, including integrating models from multiple disciplines and file formats.
• Proven ability to enforce quality control processes and ensure project teams are implementing these checks effectively.
• Extensive hands-on experience performing detailed quality checks on BIM models, Revit family creation, managing complex model assemblies, and producing high-quality technical drawings and BIM models.
• Experience in other modeling tools such as Tekla Structures, Inventor or Solidworks.
• Ability to handle both CSA and MEP modeling challenges and resolve design clashes in real time.
• Experience using Power BI to integrate BIM data for real-time project reporting, model analytics, and visualization of project performance metrics.
• Strong experience with visual programming tools such as Dynamo or scripting languages (Python, VBA) or C# to automate BIM workflows and enhance productivity.
• Experience integrating Revit models with Dynamo for workflow automation including hands on experience in automation of model audit and quality control of deliverables.
• Experience in developing model classification systems within Revit models.
• Creating IFC models to support cross software collaboration and openBIM methodology.

In addition to the basic qualifications:
• Proven ability to set long-term company-wide BIM standards and develop quality assurance frameworks to be consistently implemented across multiple projects.
• Experience auditing and enforcing model quality control procedures, ensuring adherence to both company and industry standards.
• Experience in providing strategic input on company BIM adoption and long-term technology improvements, aligning them with project and business objectives.
• Active participation in driving innovation and improving company practices through BIM advancements and technology upgrades.
• Familiarity with LEED, Green Building Standards, or other sustainable design frameworks, ensuring BIM is used to support sustainability goals.
