NACF Central Flow is looking for a Senior Manager, Program Management to lead the US Outbound Flow Programs.

The Senior Manager of Outbound Flow leads a dynamic organization with vision to improve NACF processes and efficiency. You will have the opportunity to manage and develop a team of 200+ PMs, AMs, and Flow Leads who are tasked with the analytical and impactful function of running Outbound Flow for Fulfillment Centers across Amazon. This position is a multi-faceted role requiring the ability to balance strategy and execution. In the job you will be required to exercise superior analytical and problem solving skills as well as demonstrate strong people leadership. You will be expected to partner with senior leaders across the organization to develop scalable performance improvement strategies to achieve network goals, presenting them up to regional and VP levels and owning them during design and roll-out. You will also work with cross functional teams in developing tools, standards and best practices that will support and shape the future of Outbound processes in North America and across the globe.

The role requires strong communication skills and stakeholder management. The successful candidate will also have strong leadership skills, combined with analytical ability to facilitate ideas and lead strategy for the organization. They strive consistently to excel to the highest standards in Amazon to increase the service provided.


Key job responsibilities
• Manage a team of up to 160 reports including 20+ salaried direct reports to support Outbound FC operations.
• Manage partnership with operations leaders to deliver to business objectives in Customer Experience, Quality, and Cost through training programs, process and tool development, and weekly business review mechanisms.
• Development of analytical simulations and assessments. Must be able to quickly understand the business impact of the trends and make decisions based on available data.
• Develop short-term and long-term solutions for internal and external process gaps and/or barriers.
• Partner across central functions and regions globally to improve service offering for FCs and end customers.
• Manage multiple projects, deadlines, and ambiguous situations autonomously, being comfortable driving the strategy from conception to implementation.
