The Brand Analytics Manager (BAM) is a key role within the Brand Innovation Lab at Amazon Ads. This position bridges the gap between Amazon's first-party (1P) data analysis and the creation of insights that inform creatives and strategists in shaping their brand, communication, and creative strategies. You will work closely with senior peers to deliver data-driven insights across the business life-cycle, from early staging pitching to post-campaign analyses.

You'll work with Amazon's 1P data to generate insights, and scale these into durable measurement solutions to support the wider business. You'll get to use Amazon's big data technologies and leading AI products and integrations.

Key job responsibilities
- Manage, operate, and evolve data analysis tooling to provide actionable insights to strategy and creative teams
- Maintain big data analysis tooling
- Streamlining data retrieval processes for non-tech roles
- Collaborate with stakeholders to standardize and scale measurement solutions
- Present findings to internal and external stakeholders

About the team
Brand Innovation Lab’s mission is to build creative ad campaigns and products that let brands stand out on Amazon. We help advertisers discover their “inner Amazonian” and deliver experiences that only Amazon can deliver.

- 3+ years of database experience (e.g. SQL, NoSQL, Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, Kinesis)

- Experience and technical expertise (design and implementation) in cloud computing technologies
- 5+ years of consulting / advisory experience in advertising or retail

The base pay for this position ranges from $118,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $204,300/year in our highest geographic market.
