Fashion and Fitness (F2) is looking for a highly analytical, curious, and driven individual to join the Shoes team. This role is an exciting opportunity to showcase and hone skills on developing product roadmap and strategies, building business analytics, influencing tech partners on customer centric experiences, and delivering long-term growth for a multi-billion dollar P&L. This is a highly ambiguous space, and successful candidates should have a proven track record of writing SQL to pull data, using industry research to create opportunity size analyses, and strong writing skills on strategic documents to influence central team roadmaps and prioritization. You will be the face of Shoes and have an opportunity to own end-to-end strategy, where you will close parity gaps through central mechanisms, deliver strategic growth plans on behalf of head brands, and drive alignment across NAS category peers.

Key job responsibilities
• Establish, evangelize, and continuously audit F2 shoes priorities and flywheel
• Create and prioritize F2 Shoes product roadmap and influence central product and tech teams for required resourcing and prioritization
• Develop tools and mechanisms to scale selection, price, and convenience mechanisms
• Understand customer and business trends to optimize and recommend Shoe capabilities and enhancements
• Build and maintain healthy relationships with partner teams and stakeholders in locations around the world
• Partner with other product and program managers across North America Stores to identify and influence development of new features
• Define, create, and execute go-to-market strategies
• Build opportunity size analyses and heuristics to highlight key areas for investment
• Create reporting and tracking mechanisms to audit inputs/outputs and ensure program efficacy


- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience as a product manager or owner
- Experience owning technology products

- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
