The Trusted Computing Products team, a key part of the Global Technology Platform, plays a critical role in ensuring the security and content protection of devices across our product ecosystem. Our teams are distributed across the USA, Europe, and India, uniquely positioned to draw on diverse perspectives and insights, enabling us to shape globally relevant products that cater to both our customers and partners.
As a Senior Technical Program Manager supporting the Trusted Computing Products team, you will be a key leader in shaping and driving the team’s roadmap. You will lead strategic planning initiatives, manage complex programs, and ensure seamless execution of high-quality, reliable, and sustainable solutions. Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of the roadmap for the Trusted Computing Products team, aligning with global product strategies and business goals.
  • Oversee planning and execution of key initiatives and programs, ensuring alignment across distributed teams in the USA, Europe, and India.
  • Drive technical decision-making and problem-solving, ensuring high standards of quality, security, and content protection across all products and platforms.
  • Foster collaboration and communication across cross-functional teams, delivering on milestones and ensuring successful delivery of programs on time and within scope.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for senior leadership, providing regular updates on progress, risks, and opportunities.
  • Champion continuous improvement by identifying process optimizations and driving operational excellence within the team.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or in a similar leadership role in the technology or product space, with a strong focus on security and content protection.
  • Strong technical background with the ability to understand and guide complex technical initiatives.
  • Experience managing cross-functional, geographically distributed teams and working in global, fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with senior leadership, engineers, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity, balancing competing priorities while driving projects to successful completion.
