Project Kuiper is an initiative to increase global broadband access through a constellation of 3,236 satellites in low Earth orbit (LEO). Its mission is to bring fast, affordable broadband to unserved and underserved communities around the world. Project Kuiper will help close the digital divide by delivering fast, affordable broadband to a wide range of customers, including consumers, businesses, government agencies, and other organizations operating in places without reliable connectivity.

Key job responsibilities
• Define and centralize Deal Desk Policy/Process organizational strategy, and are the single threaded owner of all Policy/Process related initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders to identify, investigate, and resolve existing deal policies and process escalations, blockers, issues, gaps, and pain points that impact deal velocity.
• Leverage your organizational experience, advanced business judgement, and understanding of the impact on stakeholders to drive goals to completion.
• Identify opportunities and define the roadmap to achieve organization-wide objectives while, streamlining or eliminating excess processes.
• Influence teams to decouple from dependencies and eliminate problems that stifle innovation.
• Cultivate best practices through analysis and reporting in support of continuous improvements
• Capture and analyze customer insights to drive strategic shifts in product offering, service plans and pricing, and business terms to enable business growth.


Export Control Requirement:

- 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
- 5+ years of professional or military experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

- Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
- Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $133,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $220,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
